Our organisation

Copacabana Community Men’s Shed Incorporated (CCMS) is a not-for-profit association registered with the NSW Department of Fair Trading. It is also registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, and has been endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient by the Australian Tax Office. It is also a member of the Australian Men’s Shed Association.

CCMS is governed by a constitution that may be viewed here. Its Management Committee currently consists of the following local residents:

• Bruce Allen, Treasurer
• Alex Fletcher, Community Liaison Officer
• Jeff Perlman, Shed Operations Officer
• John Seisun, Safety Officer
• Fraser McBride & George Munro, Social Officers

This committee is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting, which generally takes place in September.

Shed membership is open to men & women aged 18 years or more.
