Our building

The shed is located behind the Rural Fire Station at 86a Copacabana Drive, Copacabana. You can find directions to the shed here.

The building measures 17 m x 12 m and has the following.floor plan:

The social area contains collapsible chairs and tables, a small kitchenette and an accessible WC. It is used for relaxation, shed meetings and seminars. When the workshop is not in operation, it is available for use by approved community groups.

The workshop area contains an acoustically insulated and dust-proof machine room which holds several machine tools. Outside this room, there is a number of smaller machine tools, workbenches, shelving and various other storage facilities. There is also a mezzanine floor which is used for storage.
