Our repair service

Members of the Men’s Shed may be able to repair broken household items or those in need of restoration. If we can’t fix it, at least we may be able to point you to someone who will.

We mainly work with wood in this shed. So our skilled volunteers can probably repair your broken furniture (chairs, tables and so on). We may also be able to make small wooden items such as a garden gate or children’s toys.

We may also help you with such related operations as tool and knife sharpening, rust removal or bike repairs.

We will only charge for any materials we use, but we do ask for a donation corresponding to the amount of time taken to execute the repair.

Simply bring the item or items to the shed during the workshop operating hours.
